Not connected to iFacialMocap
When iFacialMocap and V iRoom communicate via WiFi, the Firewalls may be blocked for security reasons.
If this is the case, please allow V iRoom to receive the data in your firewall settings.
The following is an example for windows 10.
Right click on the Window symbol(start) → "Network Connections" → "Windows Firewall" → "Advanced settings" to open the "Defender Firewall with Advanced Security" window.
You can also open it directly by searching for "Defender Firewall with Advanced Security" from the Windows bar.
Find V iRoom in the "Inbound Rules" section of the above window and right-click to display its properties.
From the General tab, check the "Allow the connnection" checkbox in the "Action" column and press "Apply".
Screen in OBS is wrong.
If capturing with window capture, please set the capture method to Windows 10 or capture with game capture.
I want to input audio from the capture board via OBS.
V iRoom only accepts video from capture boards, but most products can only be used with one software per product. Therefore, if you want to input audio with another software such as OBS, use an Elgato PCIe Capture Board 4K60 Pro MK.2 or similar product that has the ability to be used with multiple software at the same time, or use an audio interface to import audio from a TV or game console.
Compatible models of VR equipment
I have confirmed that it works with Valve Intex, HTC Vive, and Oqulus Quest. However, VR devices using the inside-out method, such as Oqulus Quest, cannot be recognized when the controller is out of range of the camera attached to the HMD, so tracking performance is lower than other VR devices.
The facial expression on the VRM model is wrong.
If non-alphanumeric characters are used for object names, materials, etc., including bones in VRM models, they may not work properly.
Finger does not move when using VR controller
When the Home menu is displayed on the VR, all applications will go to sleep to prevent malfunction. This may cause your fingers to get stuck, in which case, put on the HMD and press the Home button to make sure the Home menu is closed.
